Статья посвящена решению актуальной проблемы структурного построения агропромышленного комплекса. Цель исследования – выявление возможностей взаимодействия между сферами АПК на основе достижения сбалансированности. Проведены монографический анализ источников литературы по исследуемой тематике, сравнение точек зрения компетентных в данной области ученых на состав и структуру АПК. Реализованы системно-структурный и комплексный подходы к уточнению архитектуры АПК, что позволило выработать собственную позицию с учетом выявленных недостатков, преимущественно касающихся неполного охвата сфер АПК. В традиционном представлении в структуру АПК входят сферы сельскохозяйственного производства, материально-технического обеспечения, логистики и переработки. Понимание авторами состава АПК не противоречит классическому, но отличается от научных позиций предшественников включением системы финансового обеспечения и сферы образовательных услуг. Усовершенствована функциональная структура АПК посредством разделения ее на основную (производство) и вспомогательную (обеспечение, обслуживание) подсистемы. Дана графическая интерпретация взаимодействия между отраслями и сферами АПК. Выделение подсистемы реализации в отдельный блок обусловлено ориентацией на экспорт отечественного АПК и необходимостью активизации в этой связи торгово-коммерческих и сбытовых компетенций. Обоснована необходимость модернизации обслуживающей подсистемы на основе повышения значимости контроля за качеством производимого сельскохозяйственного сырья и готовой продукции. С учетом региональных особенностей выстроена территориальная структура АПК Краснодарского края, изучено ее современное состояние и тенденции развития: переориентация сельхозмашиностроения на белорусских производителей; развитие отечественной селекции в растениеводстве и животноводстве; устойчивый тренд экспорта продукции зернопродуктового и масложирового подкомплексов с креном в сторону азиатского рынка. Объем реализации на экспорт продукции регионального АПК составил в 2022 г. 2,7 млрд долл. Определены направления взаимодействия между сферами с учетом влияния внешнеполитических условий и нововведений в аграрном бизнесе.

The article is devoted to solving the current problem of the structural construction of the agro-industrial complex. The purpose of the study is to identify opportunities for interaction between spheres of the agro-industrial complex based on achieving balance. A monographic analysis of literature sources on the topic under study was carried out, and a comparison of the points of view of scientists competent in this field on the composition and structure of the agro-industrial complex was carried out. System-structural and integrated approaches to clarifying the architecture of the agro-industrial complex were implemented, which made it possible to develop our own position taking into account the identified shortcomings, mainly related to incomplete coverage of the agro-industrial complex. In the traditional view, the structure of the agro-industrial complex includes the spheres of agricultural production, logistics, logistics and processing. The authors’ understanding of the composition of the agro-industrial complex does not contradict the classical one, but differs from the scientific positions of predecessors in the inclusion of the financial support system and the sphere of educational services. The functional structure of the agro-industrial complex has been improved by dividing it into the main (production) and auxiliary (provision, maintenance) subsystems. A graphical interpretation of the interaction between industries and areas of the agro-industrial complex is given. The separation of the sales subsystem into a separate block is due to the focus on exporting the domestic agro-industrial complex and the need to activate trade, commercial and marketing competencies in this regard. The need to modernize the service subsystem is substantiated on the basis of increasing the importance of control over the quality of produced agricultural raw materials and finished products. Taking into account regional characteristics, the territorial structure of the agro-industrial complex of the Krasnodar region was built, its current state and development trends were studied: reorientation of agricultural machinery to Belarusian producers; development of domestic selection in crop and livestock production; a stable trend in the export of grain products and oil and fat subcomplexes with a tilt towards the Asian market. The volume of export sales of regional agricultural products amounted to 2.7 billion dollars in 2022. The directions of interaction between the spheres were determined, taking into account the influence of foreign policy conditions and innovations in the agricultural business.
