В статье рассматривается установление границ лесничеств и лесопарков с использованием ГИС-технологий на территории Российской Федерации. Продемонстрированы все этапы работы, от сбора материалов до внесения сведений о границах лесничеств и лесопарков в ЕГРН. Даны обоснования для установления границ лесничеств и лесопарков, проблематика при внесении сведений о границах в ЕГРН и дана оценка перспектив судебной защиты имущественных прав и законных интересов Российской Федерации.

The article discusses the delineation of forest areas and forest parks using GIS on the territory of the Russian Federation. Showcased all stages of work, from gathering materials to entering information on the boundaries of forestry and forest parks in the Unified State Register of Real Estate. Substantiations are given for establishing the boundaries of forestries and forest parks, the problematic of entering information about borders into the Unified State Register of Real Estate and an assessment is made of the prospects for judicial protection of property rights and legitimate interests of the Russian Federation.
