Статья посвящена проблеме дифференциации реестровых ошибок, содержащихся в Едином государственном реестре недвижимости. Рассмотрены существующие классификации и их недостатки. Разработана классификация реестровых ошибок по причине возникновения и выявлены внешние факторы, способствующие их появлению. В статье приведены наглядные примеры, доказывающие возможность применения предложенной классификации.

The article is devoted to the problem of differentiation of register errors of the Unified state register of real estate. The existing classifications and their shortcomings are considered in this article. Classification of registry errors due to occurrence is developed. External factors contributing to their appearance have been identified. Illustrative examples are given in the article. The possibility of application of the proposed classification is proved.
