В статье рассматриваются основные условия и тенденции развития, а также вопросы обеспечения финансовой устойчивости предприятий мукомольно-крупяной промышленности на примере АО «Макфа», входящего в число лидеров отрасли. Актуальность исследования определяется тем, что высокий экспортный потенциал зернопродуктового подкомплекса накладывает свой отпечаток на тенденции и особенности развития внутреннего зернового рынка и продуктов переработки зерновых культур. Это связано с тем, что в приоритете решение вопросов экспорта, в том числе в части обеспечения необходимого качества экспортируемого зерна и соответствующих рыночным цен на сырье и продукцию, но при этом внутренний рынок оказывается под влиянием негативных факторов. Для целей исследования рассмотрены данные финансовой отчетности АО «Макфа», с использованием которых проведен комплексный анализ финансово-хозяйственной деятельности, позволяющий дать объективную оценку текущего финансового состояния и на основе полученных результатов сформировать модель обеспечения финансовой устойчивости предприятия. Для целей исследования была сформирована гипотеза, что усиление влияния политического фактора на развитие АПК способствовало появлению новых рисков и угроз для развития предприятий мукомольно-крупяной промышленности, что предопределяет значимость осуществления постоянного мониторинга над финансовым состоянием и разработки модели обеспечения финансовой устойчивости в среднесрочной перспективе. Было выявлено, что для отрасли период 2020-2022 гг. был непростым, что сопровождалось снижением рентабельности производственно-экономической деятельности, а также проявилось в ухудшении деловой активности и показателей финансовой устойчивости. Однако в 2023-2024 гг. отрасли, как и в целом АПК, удалось адаптироваться и подстроиться под актуальную конъюнктуру рынка, что способствовало улучшению базовых индикаторов финансово-хозяйственной деятельности и формированию финансово устойчивого положения.
The article discusses the main conditions and development trends, as well as issues of ensuring the financial stability of enterprises in the flour and cereal industry using the example of JSC "Makfa", which is one of the industry leaders. The relevance of the study is determined by the fact that the high export potential of the grain-product subcomplex leaves its mark on the trends and features of the development of the domestic grain market and grain processing products. This is due to the fact that the priority is to address export issues, including ensuring the necessary quality of exported grain and appropriate market prices for raw materials and products, but at the same time the domestic market is influenced by negative factors. For the purposes of the study, the financial reporting data of JSC "Makfa" were considered, which were used to conduct a comprehensive analysis of financial and economic activities, allowing for an objective assessment of the current financial condition and, based on the results obtained, to form a model for ensuring the financial stability of the enterprise. For the purposes of the study, a hypothesis was formed that the increased influence of the political factor on the development of the agro-industrial complex contributed to the emergence of new risks and threats to the development of the flour and cereal industry, which determines the importance of constant monitoring of the financial situation and the development of a model to ensure financial stability in the medium term. It was revealed that for the industry, the period is 2020-2022. It was a difficult period, which was accompanied by a decrease in the profitability of production and economic activities, as well as a deterioration in business activity and financial stability indicators. However, in 2023-2024, the industry, as well as the agro-industrial complex as a whole, managed to adapt and adjust to the current market conditions, which contributed to the improvement of basic indicators of financial and economic activity and the formation of a financially stable position.
