В представленной работе рассматриваются современные подходы, а также представлен алгоритм решения задачи стоимостного управления холдингом, основанная на оптимизационных и имитационных моделях, а также использование декомпозиции для решения представленной задачи. Приводится теорема, обосновывающая данный алгоритм.

In the presented work discusses contemporary approaches, and presents the algorithm for solving the problem of cost management of the holding, based on optimization and simulation models, and using the decomposition to solve the presented issue. We focus on the justification of this algorithm.
