    <p>В данной статье авторы рассматривают проблемы, которые решают службы управления персоналом при подборе, отборе и адаптации новых сотрудников организации. Проанализированы основные этапы адаптации персонала в АО «Газпромбанк». Предложены новые методы адаптации новых сотрудников, особо выделяя перспективное направление - наставничество.</p>

    <p>In this article authors consider problems which are solved by services of human resource management at selection, selection and adaptation of new staff of the organization. The main stages of adaptation of personnel in «Gazprombank» are analysed. New methods of adaptation of new employees are offered, especially allocating the perspective direction - mentoring.</p>
