CREATION OF THE FEDERAL PROGRAM "NATIONAL SYSTEM OF SPATIAL DATA" AND FILLING WITH INFORMATION THE UNIFIED STATE REGISTER OF REAL ESTATE OF THE OMSK REGION

Abstract (English):
The use of spatial data in the sectors of the national economy is a tool for improving the quality of services and products provided. In the era of digitalization of systems in all developed countries of the world, the Russian Federation is also actively developing a spatial data system, it should be noted that the development of this system is at the beginning of its journey. The Government of the Russian Federation has decided to create a National Spatial Data System (NSDS). The creation of this system will have a positive impact on the quality of state and (or) municipal services provided, will increase the investment attractiveness of regions, which in turn will have a positive impact on the content of budgets at both the local and regional levels. The article examines the legal basis for the creation and development prospects of the National Spatial Data System, as well as filling the Unified State Register of Real Estate with information. An analysis of the problems that prevent the provision of the required quality of the National Spatial Data System is conducted. Proposals for their elimination are given. In order to unconditionally fulfill the order of the President of the Russian Federation and implement the state program of the NSPD in 2025, recommendations are given to ensure effective interdepartmental coordination, and an emphasis is placed on the development of the personnel component of ensuring the quality of the NSPD.
