Abstract (English):
The article considers the assessment of the effectiveness of the implementation of state programs in the conditions of a particular region. Method or methodology for carrying out the work. The improvement of the efficiency of budget expenditures and the evaluation of the effectiveness of the implementation of State programmes of the regions is particularly relevant in the context of the systematic manifestation of crisis phenomena. The article assessed the effectiveness of the implementation of the state programs of the Republic of Caracas-Cherssa by sources of funding. The reasons for the unsatisfactory level of implementation of individual programs have been identified. The results of the study can be used in the analysis and forecasting of the results of the implementation of state development programs of the subject of the Russian Federation. Measures have been taken to increase the efficiency of the implementation of the State programmes of the Republic of Caracas-Cherssa. It is proposed to analyse and link the objectives, time frames and financial resources with the performance indicators of programme activities.
