Abstract (English):
In the context of economic crisis, the state faces an acute issue of sustainable development of territories. For this purpose, it is necessary to form a vector that takes into account all environmental conditions. Solving of a task of forming the general tendency of the country development is to improve the quality of managerial influence. The main promising tool for effective state administration is a strategic approach that is relevant in all processes at all levels. In the article there are proposed the promising ways of developing the socio-economic tendency of rural settlements and mechanisms for their implementation
