Abstract (English):
This scientific article examines the functional features of agricultural organizations in the Krasnodar region, taking into account their organizational and legal forms. When conducting a comparative and dynamic analysis on the example of two typical agricultural enterprises of frequent and unitary ownership of the Krasnodar region, the problems of development of one of them were identified. Based on this, recommendations are proposed to eliminate the identified negative trends, which will increase the efficiency and investment attractiveness of lagging business entities.
