Abstract (English):
The article discloses the substantiation of a serious approach when carrying out work to establish the boundaries of recreational lands for the implementation of the withdrawal of lands in these zones from the state fund into the category of recreational lands. The procedure for the formation of a land plot for a sports and recreation facility is considered by carrying out land surveying, during which the boundaries of the real estate object on the ground were clarified. On the basis of the studies carried out to study the procedure for the formation of a land plot for the investigated type of permitted use, the features of its formation were established.
