Abstract (English):
The educational training course clearly proves the main postulate of nature management - the geo-ecological standard of the territory is the basis for investment projects. Calculations of the prevented environmental damage for the biosphere potential are presented. An equivalent scale of value is proposed, calculated by the oxygen production of lands and ensuring human life, the damage is estimated in the loss of human lives. Databases and maps of territorial zoning at the cost of living have been created. The system was created for the first time and has no analogues in the world.
