Abstract (English):
The article reveals the content and types of zoning as a method that reflects the territorial basis of land use and land management. Methods of planning the use and protection of land at various hierarchical levels by optimizing the distribution of land by different types and categories, the requirement and technology of land use within the boundaries of designated zones are presented.
