Abstract (English):
The article is devoted to the evaluation of the provision of financial services to the population, small and medium-sized enterprises, agricultural producers, since in accordance with the standard of competition, an important area of work for the development of the competitive environment of the region is monitoring the activities of economic entities, the participation of a subject of the Russian Federation or a municipality in which is 50 percent or more.
