Abstract (English):
The article is devoted to the activities of the Center of Competence in the field of agricultural cooperation and support for farmers, since special attention is paid to the development of the agro-industrial complex of the Karachay-Cherkess Republic, which is one of the agrarian subjects of the Russian Federation in order to provide residents with not only food products, but also jobs and, accordingly, income generation, which is often the only one.
