A CONCEPTUAL APPROACH TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF A STRATEGY FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF INFRASTRUCTURE SUPPORT FOR INNOVATIVE ACTIVITIES OF AGRICULTURAL ORGANIZATIONS

Abstract (English):
The article analyzes the main strategic guidelines for the scientific, technical and innovative development of agriculture in the country, using the example of the Tambov region, the factors hindering this process are identified. A certain algorithm underlying the determination of strategic parameters for the development of infrastructural support for innovative activities of agricultural organizations and consisting of several stages is proposed: strategic goal setting, strategy concept development, strategy implementation. The long-term strategy is considered as a basis for adopting a course of action aimed at developing infrastructure support for innovative activities of agricultural organizations, and determines the prospects, directions and technologies of development. The conceptual approach to the development of a strategy for infrastructural support of innovative activities of agricultural organizations of the Tambov region is based on the fact that the proposed structure of the strategy should consist of several functional elements (resource blocks), as a result of the interaction of which there is an effective introduction or adaptation of advanced technologies, knowledge or research results in the process of agricultural production. It is proposed to pay special attention to the digitalization of agricultural production in the strategy being developed.
