Abstract (English):
The steppe regions of the Krasnodar Territory cover the northern and central parts of the Kuban. More than 70% of the steppe area is plowed, occupied by agricultural crops. The article presents changes in monthly and annual air temperature based on indicators from the Armavir weather station in the period from 1960 to 2020. Thus, there was a gradual increase in the annual temperature index, but at the same time the first five years of the 60s and 90s turned out to be the coldest. It is noted that the extreme values were in the years when the amount of precipitation is less than normal, the same frequency is observed as the years with the maximum amount of precipitation.
