A large number of mineral deposits involved in the development are located within the boundaries of the forest fund lands. The development of deposits is accompanied by the violation of sufficiently large areas of the earth's surface. At the same time, indigenous landscapes undergo significant changes and are transformed into anthropogenic ones. Currently, more and more attention is paid to environmental issues, in particular land reclamation. The main regulations on the territory of the Russian Federation in the field of reclamation of disturbed lands is the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 10.07.2018 N 800 (as amended on 07.03.2019) “On land reclamation and conservation” (together with "Rules for land reclamation and conservation") [11]. In addition, in the development of reclamation projects, the following are used: GOST 17.5.3.04-83 Nature Conservancy (SSOP). Earth. General requirements for land reclamation (1983); GOST 17.5.1.01-83 Nature Conservation (SSOP). Land reclamation. Terms and definitions (1983); GOST 17.5.1.02-85 Nature Protection. Earth. Classification of disturbed lands for reclamation (1985); GOST 17.5.3.05-84 Nature Conservation. Land reclamation. General requirements for land use (1984); GOST 17.5.1.02-85 Nature Protection. Earth. Classification of disturbed lands for reclamation (1985); GOST R 57446-2017 Best Available Techniques. Reclamation of disturbed lands and land plots. Restoration of biological diversity (2017) and several others documents
