ABOUT SOME FEATURES OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNOLOGICAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE AGRO-INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX OF THE COUNTRY

Abstract (English):
The article discusses the features of the scientific and technological development of the agro-industrial complex of the country. The normative legal acts on this issue are analyzed: The doctrine of food security, the federal scientific and technological program for the development of agriculture for 2017-2025, the strategy of spatial development of the Russian Federation. Global challenges are analyzed, among which technological ones are of paramount importance. The main tasks of the scientific and technical development program are considered. The data on the financial support of the implementation of the scientific and technological program in the context of its financing are analyzed. The program indicators are highlighted. The statistical data on the main directions of agricultural development in the country for the period from 2010-2020 are analyzed. According to the spatial development strategy, promising centers of economic growth have been identified-agro-industrial centers specializing in agriculture. A comparative characteristic of potato harvesting in the agro-industrial centers of the central chernozem, as well as the central macroregion, is given. In conclusion, there are proposals for improving the scientific and technological development of the agro-industrial complex of the country.
