Abstract (English):
The relevance of the study is due to the need to develop a mechanism for implementing the tasks of greening the Russian economy, enshrined in the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation "On national goals and strategic objectives of the development of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2040". The article discusses the main institutional prerequisites and problems of the development of the market for environmental goods and services at the present stage.
