Abstract (English):
This article examines the problem of the importance of environmental factors in real estate appraisal in Tobolsk city.This question has been relevant for quite a long period of time. The state of the world around us is changing every year, and what is most sad is not for the better. In the use of such terms as "environmental" or "ecological factor" in assessing any immovable object to understand a natural phenomenon or the quality of the environment and its individual components as well as high quality as these elements of the property, because it is a positive environment in particular, affects the value of the property.
