Abstract (English):
The development of the territory and the improvement of the well-being of the living population is a key component of the economic activity of the region. To maintain the socio-economic climate, there is an urgent need to attract the attention of external investors to the opportunities of the region and its investment attractiveness, since the creation of new production necessarily entails an increase in the number of jobs, an increase in tax payments, thereby maintaining the effective development of the region.
