Abstract (English):
The article discusses management approaches in land cadastral production. In a market economy, there is a high degree of uncertainty in the economic behavior of market entities. Therefore, the methods of prospective analysis play an important role here, which make it possible to make management decisions based on an assessment of possible situations in the future and a choice from several alternative solutions. The development and implementation of effective management decisions is an essential prerequisite for ensuring the competitiveness of the organization's products and the organization itself in the market, as well as creating an optimal enterprise structure, implementing a sound personnel policy and rationalizing other aspects of the enterprise's activities.
