Abstract (English):
The article is devoted to the consideration of the basic principles of the control system. The purpose of this study is to form a scheme of authority for managing protected areas. The development of competitive advantages of the tourism sector at the regional level is an important direction for diversifying the economy and increasing the efficiency of using the resource potential, which in turn will ensure the growth of internal and inbound flows and, as a result, increase the efficiency of the environmental economy as a whole.
