Abstract (English):
The main task of state monitoring is the timely detection of changes in the state of lands, the assessment of these changes, the forecast and development of recommendations for the prevention and elimination of the consequences of negative processes, including for lands of settlements, as well as lands of industry, transport, communications and other purposes. The article deals with the issues of environmental monitoring in the territory of land use of an aluminum plant located in the Sovetsky district of Krasnoyarsk.
