Abstract (English):
This article discusses the issues of classifying as small and medium-sized businesses in the agro-industrial complex registered in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and corresponding to the conditions established by the requirements of economic companies, economic partnerships, economic partnerships, production and agricultural cooperatives, consumer cooperatives, peasant (farm) farms and individual entrepreneurs.
