Abstract (English):
Modern land relations in Russia are characterized by the presence of many problems, including problems of rational use and protection of land. The achievement of positive results in this area depends on the quality of scientific substantiation of the relationship between industrial, environmental, economic and other factors. The article presents the results of monitoring surveys on the state of land in the Balakhtinsky district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. Information about the current development of negative processes on the territory of the facility and their dynamics is presented.
