Abstract (English):
The purpose of the work is to assess the feasibility of putting unused lands into agricultural circulation. The work was carried out at three sites of the Moscow region. in Dmitrovsky, Egorievsk and Shakhovsky districts, where a visual survey of the territory of land plots, processing of aerial photographs in a GIS environment, sampling and analysis of samples for agrochemical indicators were carried out. Based on the results of the work carried out, an assessment was made of the cultural-technical state of the surface, the agrochemical state of the soil and the phytosanitary state of vegetation, and the unit costs for the implementation of cultural-technical work were calculated. It is advisable to introduce all objects into agricultural circulation after carrying out the relevant work. Plots in the farms of Veseliy Agronom LLC and Razvitie LLC of the Yegoryevsky district require small amounts of cultural and technical reclamation and land cultivation. On the site in TulamashAgro LLC, which is characterized by an average level of fertility, it is recommended to apply appropriate doses of phosphorus and potash fertilizers
