The article discusses methods for the cadastral valuation of agricultural land, the second largest and the first most important category of land in the composition of the land fund of the Russian Federation. Agricultural land in the agro-industrial complex of Russia is a source for the grain and livestock industries, income for agricultural organizations and farms, exports of agricultural products, as well as land payments to the budgets of all levels. The Omsk region is a highly developed agricultural region, in the structure of which agricultural land covers an area of 7 586.2 thousand hectares, which is 53.8% [1]. A cadastral valuation of agricultural land is necessary both to obtain a land tax and to predict the use of these lands by agricultural enterprises and owners in order to ensure the food stability of the country. This leads to the study of methodological provisions for the state cadastral valuation of agricultural land.
