Abstract (English):
The article deals with the issues of information support of land assessment works of the territories of settlements during the cadastral assessment on the example of the lands of the Tver region. The ways of improving the information support of urban land assessment are analyzed. The authors analyzed the indicators of qualitative and quantitative characteristics of the lands of the Tver region. A number of problems have been identified that have a significant impact on the reliability of the results of the cadastral assessment. The approaches used in carrying out land appraisal works are listed. Based on the analysis of land condition indicators, proposals have been formed on the need to expand quantitative and qualitative indicators that form indicators for determining cadastral value
