Abstract (English):
The article is devoted to finding solutions to problems related to the development of fish farming and providing the population with affordable and quality fish. The development of the agricultural sector is necessary to ensure food security and the health of the nation through quality food. Fish farming in agriculture is a promising developing area that has state support and opens up new directions for the development of the rural economy. The development of water resources within the framework of fish farming will provide an opportunity for small businesses to develop, replenish local budgets and implement social projects. The need to create a state fish farming economy is dictated by a rational approach to available resources and the ability to meet the needs of the population in fish products. Fish farming should have scientific support, balanced logistics, an elastic market integrated into the digital environment. To create these conditions, it is necessary to organize a business environment with all the necessary resources.
