ARRANGEMENT OF SETTLEMENT LAND USE AND LANDSCAPING ON THE EXAMPLE OF VILLAGE ISETSKOYE, ISETSKY DISTRICT, TYUMEN REGION

Abstract (English):
The article is devoted to the issues of providing rural settlements with sustainable development and efficient land use while urban planning and zoning, area planning and development to optimize economic, social and environmental life and to give the opportunity to restore and maintain the natural environment at a safe level, minimizing the social environment stresses put on the natural environment. Not only the indicators of efficient land use are taken into account to provide rural settlements with sustainable development, but also the status of natural surroundings and its capacity. The urban development policy is expected to set the priorities accordingly, creating comfortable living environment and improving the natural environment. The method of arranging settlement land use and landscaping is applied for complete and thorough analysis of rural areas. It is based on comprehensive analysis of the land where the main factors of its sustainable development for the prospective period are taken into consideration. As a result of studies and comprehensive analysis of land use and landscaping in village Isetskoye a public park space - waterfront park - is proposed to be developed to enchant the attractiveness of the settlement and ensure a fulfilled life for its residents. That will provide the population with the additional range of recreational functions including outdoor activity and sports. When choosing a place for the proposed park the recreation area in the northern part of village Isetskoye near Lake Terenkul was considered to be suitable. The total area of this zone is 20.05 hectares. On the basis of research project proposals were developed to increase green area and improve the existing landscaping in the village which will allow to upgrade its socio-economic and environmental situation and architectural and planning arrangement.
