GEOPPORTAL SOLUTIONS AS AN EFFECTIVE TOOL FOR ANALYSIS AND SUPPORT FOR DECISION-MAKING AT THE REGIONAL LEVEL

Abstract (English):
The article presents the results of the analysis of support for making effective decisions in the digital transformation of the sectors of the national economy using the functionality of geoportals, which corresponds to strategic decisions in the field of processing large amounts of digital data and the use of the results of their analysis for the integrated development of the territory of the Tyumen region. One of the components of the spatial data infrastructure of the Russian Federation - SDI RF are technologies and technical means that provide access to spatial data, including geoportals. The foundation of geoportals is its functionality. Their list can be based on chapter IV of the INSPIRE Directive, where network services (or Web services) for spatial datasets and related services are grouped into five groups. The aim of the study is to study the functionality of portal solutions of regional SDI RF on the example of the cartographic service of the Territorial Waste Management Scheme of the geoportal of the Tyumen region. A practical solution for geoinformation analysis is presented on the example of the territory of the Abatsky district.
