Abstract (English):
The article discusses the placement of the project of a sanatorium-resort center in the Abatsky district of the Tyumen region, a socially significant object of regional and regional scale. The author has proposed a land improvement plan that will create comfortable conditions for treatment and recreation for residents of the nearest districts and regions, improve the socio-economic condition of the municipality in the future.
