The article discusses the issue of improving the system of registration of rights and assesses the consistency of legal norms and their content in the field of maintaining the unified state register of real estate. The problems are analyzed and proposals are made to improve the current legislation on registration of rights to real estate and transactions with it, which allow us to reveal the concept of state registration of rights to real estate as a form of state activity.
