ANALYSIS OF THE ORGANIZATION OF THE USE OF THE TERRITORY IN THE PROSPECTIVE DEVELOPMENT OF THE VILLAGE OF UPOROVO TYUMEN REGION

Abstract (English):
The article is devoted to the development of rural areas, which depends on the efficiency of managing its land resources, not only from the standpoint of urban use, but also socio-economic efficiency based on social sustainability, and the creation and improvement of conditions for a comfortable life for the population. The basis for the correct use of land in settlements should be based on socio-economic, land management, urban planning, and environmental factors. A deep analysis of the state of rural areas makes it possible to rationally organize the use and management of municipal resources. The methodology for organizing the use of the territory is based on their comprehensive analysis, taking into account the main factors of sustainable development, which include economic, environmental, urban planning and demographic indicators. As a result of a comprehensive analysis of the organization of land use in the village of Uporovo, on the basis of the study, it is proposed to develop a multifunctional park area with the possibility of a good rest for people of different ages and with different interests. When choosing a site for the projected park, a recreation area was considered in the eastern part of the village, on the border of the settlement with a total area of 34 hectares. Nature is the hallmark of this place. When developing the project, the main task was not to destroy nature and landscape, but to preserve and use it to form a picturesque landscape. Based on the assessment and analysis of the territorial organization of land with. Uporovo, proposed measures to improve the level of improvement of the territory. The implementation of the proposed measures will allow, in the future, to improve the main (socio-economic, urban and environmental) indicators that form the sustainable development of settlements.
