Abstract (English):
The article examines the current state of the state cadastre of real estate in Russia, the dynamics of its development under the influence of scientific and technological progress around the world. The types of cadastral systems, the history of their development and the process of forming the experience of foreign countries are also analyzed. As a result of studying the cadastral system of Germany and analyzing its features, the main problems of the cadastre of Russia are determined and a choice of a way to solve them is proposed. The primary task is the process of cadastral registration of all real estate in the country with the help of complex cadastral works, as well as state registration of rights to real estate.
