Abstract (English):
The scientific article presents the results of a comprehensive analysis of the strategic and territorial (spatial) planning of small towns on the example of the village of Gornopravdinsk. The actual problems of the development of the village are identified and measures are proposed to improve the socio-economic and urban development of the territory of the village of Gornopravdinsk. The relevance of the study lies in ensuring the sustainable development of the territory of the municipality, effective management and rational use of land resources through socio-economic and territorial planning of the municipality.
