Abstract (English):
The industrial development of the Northern Territories introduces changes into the existing way of life of indigenous peoples, their quality of life, habitat, traditional nature management, the state and use of land resources, the degree of internal dynamic balance of the natural territorial complex, which has unique features about -to resist external anthropogenic and technogenic influences and at the same time, have a certain ecological threshold, beyond which degradation occurs [1, 2]. We are talking about the territories of municipal districts with a completed cycle of work on industrial development and the territories where this process is carried out. These territories include the Tazovsky and Priuralsky districts with preserved traditional nature management, as well as with the adjacent industrial development of land resources.
