Abstract (English):
The paper analyzes the regulatory framework in the field of formation of public spaces and a comfortable urban environment; the characteristics of the current state of the study area were studied, the needs were identified through a survey of the population in the formation of a comfortable urban environment for residents living near the study area, and it was proposed to consider the developed project of the architectural and urban planning organization of the public and business zone of Novy Urengoy, Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug.
