Abstract (English):
The leading role in land management is played by the State. General State administration is carried out by state bodies of general and special competence, having a territorial character, which act as a legislative and guaranteeing institution, in order to develop measures aimed at implementing state policy in the field of land relations, increasing their rational and effective use. In the article, the author examines the mechanisms of the impact of municipal policy on the processes of land management in rural settlements (Iset municipal district). The practical experience and features of land management are summarized, the importance and role of local self-government bodies in making managerial decisions for their effective use is determined.
