Abstract (English):
Interdepartmental interaction of state authorities, local self-government bodies, as well as other departments plays a special role in the field of cadastral registration. Interdepartmental interaction involves assigning certain responsibilities to the authorities for the exchange of documents in order to enter relevant information about real estate objects into the unified State Register of Real estate (hereinafter – the EGRN). To date, the sphere of cadastral registration is full of various problematic aspects, so the sphere of information interdepartmental interaction is no exception. In this article we will analyze the main problems arising in the information interdepartmental interaction of state authorities, local self-government bodies and other departments.
