Abstract (English):
The article examines the urban environment and its impact on the development of the territory. Due to the quality of the urban environment, it is possible to increase the attractiveness of the city, since it is the quality that forms its unique appearance and makes it more comfortable, safe and attractive for the life of the population. The development of landscaping is one of the priority areas for the development of investment activities in the city of Nefteyugansk, which confirms the relevance of the placement of equipped recreation areas, as well as the most favorable conditions for the movement of people in the urban area.
