Abstract (English):
The article presents the results of the analysis of the distribution of the land fund of the Tyumen region by category for 2017 - 2021. The main features of the economic use of land are determined. The problems of development of specially protected natural territories of the Tyumen region, which are located outside the boundaries of the lands of specially protected territories and objects, are formulated.
