Abstract (English):
The discrepancy of urban planning design documents with the actual discrepancy of accounting documents based on cadastral activity is analyzed. For effective management and rational use of the city's land resources, it is planned to use urban planning documentation in the context of the database of the Unified State Register of Real Estate.
