Currently, cadastral registration of land plots consists in their identification in the Unified State Register of Real Estate. As a result of its placement on the state cadastral register, each land plot receives characteristics that allow it to be unambiguously distinguished from other land plots and to carry out its cadastral valuation. Land plots are assigned unique, non-repeating cadastral numbers, which guarantees protection of the rights of participants in land relations when they are identified as real estate objects. The lack of up-to-date and reliable information on agricultural lands in the real estate register is an acute problem in involving them in turnover, therefore it is necessary to identify the causes of the problem and ways to solve it. First of all, a set of cadastral works and inventory of agricultural land is required to obtain the necessary information. In addition, it is necessary to have information on the condition and properties of agricultural lands
