Abstract (English):
The article is devoted to the issues of rational agricultural land use in the land management system, which is aimed at optimizing the use of agricultural lands, preserving them for productive use and preventing the depletion of soil fertility, creating the necessary conditions for the life and activities of the rural population and ensuring food security of the state. An analysis of the condition and use of agricultural lands in the Ishim region was carried out according to the main assessment criteria - distribution of lands according to their intended purpose; composition and use of agricultural and non-agricultural land; dynamics of agricultural land areas; dynamics of changes in unused agricultural areas. lands; distribution of agricultural land areas among rural settlements; dynamics of changes in agricultural lands, appointments; agricultural production analysis; analysis of the soil composition of agricultural lands. appointments; analysis of the qualitative condition of lands; assessment of the suitability of land use in agriculture. Based on a comprehensive analysis of the quantitative and qualitative condition of the lands, it was established that the agricultural lands of the Ishim region are 87.54% suitable for use for any agriculture. In order to create conditions for the development of priority areas of the economy in the agricultural sector, it is necessary to develop investment sites in the strongholds of the agro-industrial complex of the Ishim region.
