Abstract (English):
The relevance of the topic of developing the social component in organizing the use of lands in the village of Narimanovа, Tyumen region, is related to the need to ensure sustainable development of rural areas, improve the quality of life of the rural population, and preserve natural resources. This paper examines the role of the social component in using the lands of the village of Narimanovа, Tyumen region, which reveals the main trends and changes in the social sphere of the village in the context of land use. The analysis includes studying public relations, population structure, living standards, access to social services, and other factors affecting the social component of land management in the village. The results of the analysis will help identify the main problems and opportunities for developing the social sphere in the context of land use in the village of Narimanovа
