Abstract (English):
The relevance of the work is due to the fact that planning and organizing the reasonable use of land in urban areas should be based on socio-economic strategies, land management, urban planning, environmental and other documents. The study examined the organization of use of the territory of the village of Nizhnyaya Tavda, Tyumen region. The climate does not hinder economic development and construction. The main components of the social sphere of the municipality include education, culture, healthcare, social support for the population, physical culture and sports. The well-being of rural settlements is largely determined by the level of employment of the population. Since 2012, the population has increased by 49%. Under favorable socio-economic conditions, a further increase in the population is possible, which will lead to increased demand for housing construction and social services.
