Abstract (English):
Planning and rational use of land resources are provided for in the integrated urban planning and spatial and economic development of the territory. To prepare a project for the integrated development of territories, it is necessary to conduct a pre-project analysis of the territory and prepare information on the rights, restrictions, encumbrances of rights to land and other real estate objects in the territory where integrated development is planned. The architectural and planning concept should also be included in the project, as one of the indicators characterizing the appearance of the built–up area
